Final sale

Underwear and shapewear are final sale. That includes bras, briefs, thongs, bodysuits and every shaping piece. For hygiene, we can't take them back once they've left us.

Apparel: 30 days

Other apparel can be returned within 30 days of delivery. It must be unworn and unwashed, with its tags still on.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and the item you're sending back. We'll reply with the return address. Return shipping is paid by you, from every country we ship to. Import duties or taxes charged on delivery aren’t refunded by us.

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we refund the item price to your original payment method. Shipping charges aren't refunded.

Damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, final sale included, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it.
