Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico and Brazil. Prices and shipping show in your own currency.

Rates and delivery

• United States: $6.95 per order, free on orders of $75 or more. Arrives in 12 days.
• Canada: CA$9.95 per order, free on orders of CA$100 or more. Arrives in 14 days.
• United Kingdom: £4.95 per order, free on orders of £55 or more. Arrives in 12 days.
• Australia: A$9.95 per order, free on orders of A$100 or more. Arrives in 12 days.
• Mexico: MX$129 per order, free on orders of MX$1,400 or more. Arrives in 16 days.
• Brazil: R$34.90 per order, free on orders of R$375 or more. Arrives in 23 days.

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Some orders arrive in more than one package; each one has its own tracking.

Duties and taxes

Outside the United States, your country's customs may charge import duties or taxes when your order arrives. They aren't included in our prices.

Address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away and we'll fix it before your order ships.

Late or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery time for your country, or tracking shows it delivered and you can't find it, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.
