What size do I need?
Each size lists the bra sizes it fits, from AA to R cups. Find yours: a 38DDD is in the Large that fits 34H, 36G and 38DDD/F. Between two sizes, take the smaller.

Can I wear them more than once?
Yes. One pair is made for up to 40 wears, and they're washable.

Why won't they hold in my top?
Your top holds them up, not the adhesive alone. They need a tight, structured, fitted top: a backless bodysuit, a fitted plunge, a strapless dress. Loose or thin tops won't hold them.

How do I put them on?
Put your top on. Stick each insert to the inside of the top, scoop up and toward the centre, press firmly, then check both sides match in the mirror.

Will they bother my skin?
One side sticks to your top and the other to you. Skip them if your skin is sensitive or thin, or if you're pregnant or breastfeeding.
