I'm wearing an XL and I'm 5'6" at 245 pounds. It definitely fits based on your measurements. I'm in between sizes right now so I decided to size down and I'm glad I did. It's comfy and it still snatches everything everywhere. It is very good quality and pretty easy to get into.

Bought a large. I usually wear medium to large tops and pants. I am 163lbs and wear a wear 36dd bra size. The large fits snug but not uncomfortable. 10 out of 10 on quality. Has grip inside the legs to help from riding up. Can wear in summer with short, no problem. May want to put bra padding in the cups if you so not want nipples showing.

Very well made and as described. Lots of compression in tummy area but loose enough in the thigh and butt area where it doesn’t cut off circulation. I’m 188lbs and I started off with a medium but if you’re not use to the compression you won’t keep it on long. Wore mine my whole 12.5 hour shift and let me tell you I was relieved to take it off lol but the journey continues.

I'm in love , this is a great shapewear. The bottom where the lace is rolls just a little bit it BUT it does not pinch you . I'm 5'8 213lb usually wear XL and size15 in jeans.
